We’re excited to ask authorized students to take part in a digital Workshop on Non-public Regulation and Rising Know-how cosponsored by Harvard’s Mission on the Foundations of Non-public Regulation, Yale’s Data Society Mission, and Yale’s Middle for Non-public Regulation. This Workshop might be a discussion board for in-depth engagement with works-in-progress on the intersection of personal regulation, know-how coverage, and the societal modifications engendered by widespread adoption of new applied sciences.
